The Main Cast

The main cast of Scrubs (from Left to Right):

Donald Faison (Turk) - Cocky surgeon, humour used with him is alot to do with race and stereotypes

Ken Jenkins (Dr. Kelso) - Chief of Medicine at the hospital. Only really thinks for himself and ignores many things others say. Also creates humour through his patronising attitude.

Neil Flynn (Janitor) - Janitor who always is looking for ways to systematically torture JD

John C McGinley (Dr Cox) - Probably the best doctor around but has a huge ego problem. Loves going on his little rants, calls JD by girls names only, always seems to have a complaint!!

Zach Braff (JD) - He is the main protagonist in the show. Sensitive person who is ALWAYS thinking, and a really good feature on this show his that we hear his thoughts out aloud. This creates humour and also can create a personal relationship with the character as we get to see exactly how he feels.

Judy Reyes (Carla) - Married to Turk and is always helping others out. Also loves to tell people how to live their lives and loves to be the one who gives advice to everyone.

Sarah Chalke (Elliot) - Vulnerable doctor and she is always usually upset about something! Always seems to be in a relationship and also cries alot as well as speaks in a very high pitched tone when she goes on a little rant.
